Mia Heiskanen has graduated from Rastor-instituutti with a degree in service design and productization. So, Commia offers productization of services through service design. This will be executed by careful planning, organising and the use of analytical tools with the goal to improve quality and meet the needs of both the service provider and the customer.
Productization of services provides consistency and predictability, and represents a new level of business, which is easier to manage. Productized services are packaged, sold and delivered as products with a fixed price, which makes it easier for the consumer to understand compared to abstract services with hourly rates. Service design creates the desired image for the product, facilitates communication between the service provider and costumers and conveys the essence and content of the service.
